This course provides an overview designed to give students a taste of the positive psychology movement and how positive psychological principles can be applied to various areas of life to help individuals have greater life satisfaction and happiness. The course will incorporate theory and applied practice. This course is designed for undergraduate and graduate students and we will learn as much from each other as we learn from the text as we participate in the discussions. This is a 3 credit course and will entail a significant amount of reading, writing and online discussion.
