Scientific Foundations of Human Nutrition and Health ( NUTR 1020 )
Studied in this online class are basic nutrition concepts and their relationship to current nutrition problems and concerns. Students conduct diet analysis and test their cholesterol levels, body fat composition, and blood pressure.
