One month before the semester begins you can pick up an Information Sheet which contains course information such as the instructor's contact information, textbook(s), broadcast times, the exam structure, and grading policies. Information Sheets are available at the front desk of all Continuing Education extension sites; at the Distance Education office, 2180 Annex; and online on each course information page as a downloadable .pdf document. The course manual includes reading assignments and exam study guides for the class. Course manuals can be picked up in the Distance Education office (2180 Annex) or at the Continuing Education extension sites beginning one week before the semester starts. Textbooks may be purchased at the University Bookstore or other store of your choosing. Continuing Education Locations You can pick up course materials from the Bountiful, Murray, Sandy, or Park City sites Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Course materials are also available on-campus Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the Distance Education office (2180 Annex). For more information, telephone 801-581-5752 or 801-581-8801. Section Numbers / Exam Locations Distance Education Telecourse section numbers determine the location at which students take exams. Match the section number to your preferred exam location. Students will turn in assignments and take exams at that location. All review sessions are held on the University of Utah main campus only and are not broadcast.
