 ELI Sponsorship AgreementThe University of Utah is required by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service to assure that all applicants are able to pay for all tuition and living expenses while studying at the English Language Institute (US$6,600 — the financial statement must increase by US$1,500 for every dependent accompanying the applicant.) If applicant is sponsored by someone other than themselves, the form below must be submitted.
