Learn Outside: GPS & Google Earth (LLPOT 902) / Lifelong Learning
Discover how to use a global positioning system (GPS) as a practical outdoor tool. Learn the basics of finding waypoints, making waypoints, creating tracks, locating Earth Caches, and downloading data into Google Earth. GPS units are provided for use during the class. If you have a GPS, bring it to class to learn more functions on your own GPS. Bring your GPS cable to download the data into Google Earth.
