Professional Education Mastering the Business of Technology Certificate Program

You can create and manage a global network, but can you negotiate with major vendors, manage a staff, or analyze financial data? How about going to senior management to champion a project, or effectively managing a complex project that requires cross-departmental cooperation?

The fact is, the demands of the job are changing every day, and most IT professionals could use some solid business savvy. Mastering the Business of Technology (MBT) offers just that - with the kind of insight and skills gained from sharing a classroom experience and interacting with colleagues who are technology-business professionals.

This relevant, up-to-the minute, responsive program addresses the business challenges confronting managers and technology professionals in high-tech organizations. It is designed to give you a powerful combination of leadership and business skills to effectively lead teams, enhance effectiveness, and achieve bottom-line results.
