Professional Education Advanced Human Resources Management Certificate

The Advanced Human Resources Management Certificate Program addresses issues facing seasoned human resources professionals aspiring to excel in the human resources management discipline, as well as those professionals desiring to broaden their knowledge or build on the courses completed through the Human Resources Management Certificate Program (follow this link for more information on that certificate).

Designed for professionals whose responsibilities include daily human resources functions, these courses provide an opportunity for strategic thinking, clarity of purpose and a venue to network with other human resource professionals. The Advanced Human Resources Certificate Program expands on the existing human resources management program through advanced courses centered on topics such as employment law, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, and benefits and costs. These courses dive deeper into the issues that HR practitioners tell us are today's critical HR issues, including new courses such as handling workplace investigations, auditing the human resources function, and organizational development and intervention strategies.

The class was wonderful. It was really insightful and Gayland Moffat was absolutely fabulous!
