Professional Education Leadership and Management Certificate

We've all heard the age old adage that "Great leaders are made, not born". With the right skills and techniques coupled with the drive, you too can become an effective leader. A great leader is continually working to improve his or her leadership skills. They have the vision to lead an organization, a department, or a team so that each individual understands and has a strong desire to fulfill on that vision - and not just because you're the boss.

Learn everything you need to know about getting the most out of your employees and how to lead them to success.

"This course as well as every other course has been so applicable to my needs. I have taken valuable information back to the office and implemented so much of what I've learned. Every course has been excellent."

- Rori Clark
City Recorder, Midvale City
