Room set-up / clean-up

Each reservation requires a $200 cleaning deposit. If the room is returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your rental, this $200 deposit will be returned to you. This fee does not include carpet cleaning. If there are spots on the carpet at the conclusion of your rental, professional carpet cleaners will be hired and you will be billed for this service.

Other Information

• Confirmation of Campus Facility Reservation and Contract Agreement forms must be completed and signed.
• Room and equipment reservations are tentative until payment is received.
• Proof of Commercial General Liability insurance is required before a rental is approved, unless waived by the Site Manager.
• Catering services are not available through the University of Utah.
• Room rental is only available during our regular building hours: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm, unless special arrangements are made.
• Renters may park in the building on-site pay parking lot. Discounted validation stickers are available at a cost of $1.25 per hour.
