Diving 1Hr (Age 10-18) ( YESPR 40 )

In this class, students will refine their diving skills. Divers continue to perfect the basic mechanics of the takeoff and dive, but greater concentration is placed on learning dives from all five groups and somersaulting in each direction. Additionally, divers have the opportunity to travel to meets and become involved in other activities designed by the team.
