Youth Education Community Partners

Game Night Games is a game store located in Salt Lake City, Utah, carrying a large selection of strategy board games and card games, particularly Euro-games such as Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride (as well as traditional games such as Chess, Go, and Backgammon). Game Night Games features an in-store play area and regular game nights, tournaments and events. The store is also available for private game parties.

The Child and Family Development Center
The University of Utah Child and Family Development Center (CFDC) is a high quality, part-time program serving children 2 years through kindergarten. The NAEYC Accredited Program emphasizes the learning and creative ability of all children. The objective of the program is to explore the areas of each child's potential talent. This goal is achieved by providing children with creative thinking experiences and activities focusing on language, music/ rhythm, logic, body coordination, art, and personal leadership.

Higher Ground Learning
Higher Ground Learning is a creative learning center for all ages, providing students with educational alternatives that stimulate the intellect and imagination. From one-on-one instruction to our workshops, study skills and test prep classes, we specialize in innovative and experiential curricula, giving each student a chance to explore his or her interests, develop life skills, and experience the passion of learning.

Red Butte Garden
Red Butte Garden cultivates the human connection with the beauty of living landscapes through plant displays and collections, education, conservation, and as a setting for cultural enrichment and events. Red Butte Garden, a part of the University of Utah, is a non-profit organization and is the largest botanical and ecological center in the Intermountain West.

Spy Hop Productions
Spy Hop Productions is a non-profit youth media and educational enrichment center. It is one of the leading youth media centers in the country and offers a safe and creative after-school learning environment and mentor-based training in digital media production including film and video, sound engineering, and Web technology.

Reid School
Reid School, a private school located at 2965 East 3435 South in Salt Lake City, enrolls students from early preschool through ninth grade. It employs a hands-on approach in teaching comprehension and study skills in reading, writing, and speaking as well as teaching computer usage and keyboarding skills as early as kindergarten.
