JENIA IVANOVA

Jenia Ivanova has been working at ELI since 2007, teaching reading, writing, grammar, and content-based ESL classes. She graduated from Sofia University "Clement Ohridski" in Bulgaria, with a joined BA/MA in Education and a Minor in Psychology. After immigrating to the United States, she studied at the University of Utah and obtained a MA in Linguistics. She has more than twenty five years teaching experience in the United States and Bulgaria.
She enjoys reading books, outdoor activities and sports such as hiking, running, and swimming, learning new languages, traveling, listening to music, and dancing. Her favorite thing to do, however, is spending time with her family and playing with her German shepherd dog and her two cats.
