SHIRA HALEVI

Shira Halevi is TESOL certified with an MAHL from Hebrew Union College. As a published author of four books, she is an avid writer and reader. She loves to hike the trails in Utah, sing campy songs on her guitar and create pencil drawings of trees. She grew up an army brat, so every place she lives is her home town. After seventeen years teaching Hebrew, she is redirecting her teaching skills to ESL as a way to learn a variety of cultures through interaction with her students.
