Discover the Crus of the Southern Rhone Valley of France
Lifelong Learning
Out of the Rhone Valley's 300 villages, only 17 have the prestigious designation of "Cru". Nine of the Crus are in the southern portion of the valley with different climates, soils and grape varieties than in the north. We will take a tasting tour from Cru to Cru as you hear the stories of the wineries that represent this region's incredible diversity. Students will be expected to purchase their own dinner from the menu which will pair with the wines presented and tip their server accordingly.

Fall 2022 Section 1, Starting on: 10/20/2022
Class takes place in person at Fratelli Ristorante (8612 S 1300 E, Sandy). Class is limited to 20. Special fee is for wine and space rental; students are expected to purchase their own meal. Please bring an ID to verify that you are 21 or older. Students must adhere to Fratelli Ristorante's current Covid policies.
