When the Phoenicians arrived in Southern France in 600 B.C., they brought with them the techniques to make rose. The style of rose winemaking has taken off in popularity as well as technique throughout Europe. We will explore the various methods of crafting a rose wine as we taste six wines from Western Europe.

Summer 2023 Section 1, Starting on: 05/10/2023
Class takes place in person at Fratelli Ristorante (8612 S 1300 E, Sandy). Special fee is for wine and space rental; students are expected to purchase their own meal. Please bring an ID to verify that you are 21 or older.
