Wine 101: The Best of Southern Italy
Lifelong Learning
Discover the most widely known and traveled wine regions in southern Italy while you taste six different grape varieties and styles of wine. We will begin in Tuscany and make our way down to the tip of the "boot" and Italy's largest wine region of all, Sicilia. Students will be expected to purchase their own dinner from the menu which will pair with the wines presented and tip their server accordingly.

Class Sections For Wine 101: The Best of Southern Italy (LLFW 612)
Fall 2022 Section 1, Starting on: 09/22/2022
Class takes place in person at Carmine's Italian Restaurant (2477 Fort Union Blvd, SLC). Class is limited to 20. Special fee is for wine and space rental; students are expected to purchase their own meal. Please bring an ID to verify that you are 21 or older. Students must adhere to Carmine's Italian Restaurant current Covid policies.
