This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). It is recommended but not required that students first attend The Four Noble Truths (LLHL 232) or Tibetan Buddhist Meditation (LLHL 143). Class is limited to 12.
