Have you ever wished you had your very own yoga practice you could do on your own, from anywhere? In this series you will learn just that. You will learn what is best to do based on the time you have, how to listen to your body, and work around any injuries. You will finish this series with a practice just for you, that is perfect for your individual needs. All of the teachings stem from classical yoga, brought into our contemporary lifestyles, as taught through the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya.

Spring 2021 Section 1, Starting on: 03/06/2021

This class meets in person. Centered City Yoga details its COVID-19 precautions here: https://www.centeredcityyoga.com/standard-of-care . They are meeting Salt Lake County health requirements to protect from COVID-19, and maintaining the practices that are mentioned in Utah's Stay Safe to Stay Open (https://stayopenutah.com/). Physical distancing of 6 feet is required. You are required to wear a mask except while practicing the yoga poses. Please bring comfortable yoga clothing, bare feet, yoga mat, any props you may need (blocks, cushions, strap, bolster), and water to drink. Class is limited to 8.
