Integrating Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness
Lifelong Learning

Feeling stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and strict workout regimes? Do you find yourself longing for a more sustainable, enjoyable, and less restrictive way of eating and moving your body? This class is for you! Join a local dietitian and yoga teacher to learn the basic principles of Intuitive Eating and practical ways to turn your attention inward to connect with - and listen! - to your intuition through simple yoga practices. You will explore how to incorporate gentle movement (yin/restorative yoga), meditation, breathwork, and journaling/reflection into your intuitive eating journey as well as participate in lectures and discussions. You will also make a batch of energy bites for a mindful eating meditation. This class is for everyone -- no yoga experience required!
