Discover how to relax, strengthen, and cultivate energy in the body using tai chi. This class will introduce qi gong and tai chi principals using movement, visualization, self-massage, breath work, and meditation to enhance energy, awareness, healing, and strength. Each week you will learn a few new postures and how to integrate them together, moving seamlessly from one movement to the next in a beautiful form of moving meditation. Once the form is memorized you can practice tai chi anytime and anyplace. All ages and fitness levels welcome!

This class takes place in person at Studio Zamarad (2607 S State St, SLC). Special fee is for studio rental. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
