
Join us to build on the foundational skills you learned in our Pilates basics class. You'll refine your technique, explore more challenging sequences, and expand your understanding of how reformer Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. You'll also advance your knowledge of equipment adjustments, practice progressions of traditional exercises, and gain confidence in tackling more complex movements. By the end of this course, you'll feel empowered to take your Pilates journey to the next level with precision and control.

This class takes place in person at the I.J. & Jeanne Wagner JCC (2 N Medical Drive, 84113). Please bring a water bottle and a long-sleeved shirt or sweater. Please wear leggings or joggers and a tank top or t-shirt. Students will exercise in socks or barefoot. The JCC requires a photo ID upon check-in and has a sign-in process. Students should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete this process.
