Building a Mystery: Write Your Own Murder Mystery Party
Lifelong Learning

Murder mystery parties and puzzle boxes are exploding in popularity and are especially fun for Halloween. Join us to learn how to build and write your own mystery that you can play with family and friends! You will start by choosing a theme and learning how to build characters and a mini-narrative based around that theme. Then, you'll explore how to immerse your players in the world of your story by incorporating puzzles, hidden clues, red herrings, letters, and props. You'll walk away from this class with a framework for your own mystery box and the skills you'll need to create new ones year after year!
