SOFIA CHIMARAS

Sofia is an architect and an artist working in many mediums including charcoal, pastels, watercolor, and acrylic. Her teaching began about 20 years ago when she realized the magical connection between using your hands and happiness. Sharing this experience with others is an important part of her journey as an artist. She loves helping students discover their artistic abilities and overcoming artistic blocks while learning techniques. In addition to her own art endeavors, she's collaborated on multi-disciplinary projects and lead a variety of education and art related projects including artistic creations, murals, and paintings on diverse mediums.
