Course Description

Come learn the basics of fermentation in this 3-part class. Not only is fermentation a great way to preserve your summer harvest, it also allows you to make unique flavorful creations while improving nutrition and gut health. Each class in this series will focus on a different fermented product and include information on what fermentation is, why it's awesome, ingredient selection, cleanliness, recipes, and troubleshooting. Each week we'll start a batch of something together and you'll have the knowledge to finish it up when it's done! These classes are geared toward fermentation novices, but even experienced fermenters will learn something new.
