Course Description

When the Phoenicians arrived in Southern France in 600 B.C., they brought with them the techniques to make rose. The style of rose winemaking has taken off in popularity as well as technique throughout Europe. We will explore the various methods of crafting a rose wine as we taste six wines from five countries in Western Europe. Please bring photo ID indicating your age to class.
