This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.
This course content will include Ashtanga based yoga class building strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility over the semester. Classes will utilize breathing & meditation techniques, power flows, and balancing, endurance, and yin/restorative postures.
