Value Improvement Methods & Leadership
Academic Noncredit

This course teaches participants the skills they need to provide sponsorship and leadership for value improvement work. Principles taught in the course are taken from Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. The course explains theory and provides healthcare examples of many specific leadership techniques and uses an applied learning model.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.
