Feldenkrais Fundamentals: Self-Healing Through Movement
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

Membership in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is required to register for Osher classes. If you are unsure about your membership status, call us at 801-581-6461. If you are new to Osher, follow the Membership link at the right to learn more about membership.

If you are looking for an innovative way to feel better, think clearer, and move with greater ease, the Feldenkrais Method is a wonderful choice! You will learn easy, intriguing movement sequences that lead to more pleasure in moving through your life. The key is using embodied self-awareness as a way to learn from the inside rather than from an outside source. Carol brings heart and wisdom to teach you to become aware of movement in ways you might not expect. Everyone is welcome. When there are floor sequences, you may do the movements from your bed if you cannot get onto the floor. Each class will be a development of the previous class. Please be sure to be present for the first class. We will record each class. You may take the class live or via recording. If you need to miss the live session of the first class, please experience the recording before attending the second week. See www.feldenkrais.com for information about the method.
