We will explore the cultural allure and history of some of the most iconic Parisian destinations located next to Olympic sport venues. Imagine the beauty of Paris' birthplace, float down the Seine River, explore the world-famous Champs - Elysee to l'Arche de la Defense, and frequent some restored, rebuilt, and enhanced landmarks. Paris was not built in a day and there are continual changes for the future. Your guided tour will be conducted using some French, with helpful English clarifications. As a tourist, feel free to ask questions and share your favorite experiences. Some French may be spoken, but it is not a requirement for the class. Whether you take an actual or a virtual trip to Paris, this class will enhance your viewing of the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games.
