Are you stuck, arguing in circles about the same issues? Do you have difficulty communicating and understanding each other? Or are you in a good relationship and would like to improve it? Participants will learn evidence-based tools that help enhance communication and connection and create a sense of shared meaning and purpose. Additionally, this material will help couples to gain skills to address perpetual and solvable problems or make a good relationship even better.
