We all wish to live as long as possible and be able to maintain physical, emotional, and mental health. This course will examine the latest scientific research findings related to aging. We will study the changes to our body as we age, and the roles that nutrition, sleep, activity, meditation, metabolic biomarkers, supplements, and other factors play in determining vitality and wellness for those 55 and older. You will finish this course with truthful information and natural tools to improve your health and well-being as you age--no prescription is required! Please note: This is not a medical course and should not take the place of any advice given or treatments prescribed by your doctor.
