ROBERT REES

Mr. Rees began teaching LSAT preparation in 2020. His top goal is to build students' LSAT confidence, especially by practicing the concept of "investment" in both the logic games and reading comprehension sections. Mr. Rees taught four semesters of Commercial Payments Law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah College of Law. He worked for Zions Bancorporation from 2007-2019, retiring as Deputy General Counsel in favor of writing, skiing and cycling. From 1985-2006, he worked in private practice with the firm of Fabian & Clendenin (now Fabian VanCott). He holds an “AV Preeminent® 5.0 out of 5” professional peer and judicial review rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. Mr. Rees edited the Utah Law Review and was a legal writing teaching assistant at the University of Utah College of Law where he graduated in 1985. He also holds an MBA (1985) from the University of Utah College of Business, and a B.A. from Stanford University (1981).
