Geared towards professionals who do not have formal project management training, this noncredit program provides essential fundamental training in common methodologies used by project managers today. You will complete the program with a well-rounded set of both hard and soft skills needed to understand and implement project management best practice, including the principles of project management, project team management, and project assessment.
After completion of this program, depending on individual circumstances, you may consider preparing for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
You may also register for classes individually rather than the full program.
