The contact hours in this course will be spent enhancing the learning process of the following principles: asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation, and other traditional yoga techniques. These hours will be a continuation of a mix between analytical training pertaining to teaching methodologies and practice of these techniques and guided practice of the techniques themselves. The principles learned in this course will complete a student's 75 contact hour requirement of Yoga technique instruction. This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.
