Project Management/Scrum
Professional Education

This summer, in light of the COVID-19 crisis, Professional Education will be offering all class offerings online. We will be using the platform Canvas to hold these classes. You will get access to the class Canvas page 2 business days before the class date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email at ProEd@continue.utah.edu

This course introduces the business case for Scrum, the core Scrum framework, and the raw ingredients for bootstrapping Scrum in your organization. Some modules discuss personal tips and insights from years of experience using, teaching, and coaching Scrum. Scrum Essentials Prep work will be taught and you will learn the essential parts of the Scrum Framework -- the most popular agile framework in-use day. You'll round out your Scrum knowledge by exploring how to start and end a Scrum project.
