KTAP Treasurers
Professional Education

The Knowledge Transfer Action Plan (KTAP) serves as an assessment for the Utah Public Treasurers Academy. Each participant must review their Daily Logs, select the information upon which they wish to concentrate and prepare a formal plan for knowledge transfer. Academy participants successfully completing the KTAP will receive two contact hours towards their Academy hours. The KTAP is intended to help you reflect on the program and identify areas for improvement; therefore, we encourage you to share your KTAP with your management.

To receive credit toward your CPFA certification, you must turn in your KTAP within 10 business days of the last day of the Academy or Institute. KTAPs received after the deadline will NOT receive credit. The KTAP must be completed and submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, October 27th.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact Karen Winningham at (801) 585-1455 or proed@utah.edu.
