Pokemon Card Game Bootcamp (Age 8-11)

Learn the basic rules, gameplay, and strategies of the Pokemon Trading Card Game - a collectible card game based on the long-running video game series that has become an international cultural sensation. Each Pokemon card represents a different creature that you will use in battle against your opponent in this exciting 2-player game. The first player to defeat six opposing Pokemon wins the game. Students will emerge from the class with new skills they didn't think possible, and be ready to battle family and friends with their new Pokemon prowess. Co-sponsored with Game Night Games.

- Learn the basic rules of Pokemon TCG
- Introduction to deckbuilding
- Learn basic in-game and counter strategies

Class Sections For Pokemon Card Game Bootcamp (Age 8-11) (YEEMT 123)
Summer 2023 Section 1, Starting on: 07/10/2023
Camp held at Game Night Games, 2148 S 900 E # 2, SLC UT 84106. Special fee includes a pre-constructed intro deck, 4 booster packs, daily snacks/drinks and an end of week pizza party. Reminder emails will be sent out before camp begins and will include location notes and other details.
