Diggin' Dinos (Age 6-8)

Stomp, chomp, and roar! They roamed the earth billions of years ago. But how did they live? Become a Paleontologist for a week and explore the prehistoric world of dinosaurs! Learn digging and preservation techniques and make dinosaur teeth. Join us as we investigate evidence left behind millions of years ago and "read the story" ancient fossils have left for us to uncover!
Learning Outcomes:
- Explore the Past Worlds exhibit at the Natural History Museum of Utah
- Understand the classification of dinosaurs
- Evaluate the theories on dinosaur extinction
