What Einstein Told His Cook (Age 10-13)

In this summer workshop we will explore all of the secrets of the kitchen from making lollipops and fudge to homegrown sourdough. Using science and a variety of techniques such as baking, sauteing, mixing, whipping, poaching, and kneading, the student chefs will taste and compare their daily creations with their peers. We will wrap things up by making our very own toothpaste to ensure there is nothing in your teeth as you walk away smiling!
