This class includes a series of stretches to help with flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture. Also includes various body weight and light weight exercises to increase over all strength.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.

Online book and material fees may be added up until the first week of class. Students may opt out during the first two weeks of class. For more information, visit the Campus Store Inclusive Access Program's webpage. If you opt out, you will be responsible for obtaining the course materials yourself for the course.

Class Sections For Stretch and Strengthen (ESSF 64)

Summer 2024 Section 3, Starting on: 05/13/2024

In this section of Stretch & Strengthen, emphasis on core, joint mobility, and lean muscle toning will be experienced, using a variety of props for use at home. Students will need to invest in a small physio ball, pilates ring, long TheraBand, large exercise ball, light hand weights, and foam roller. Please email ESSF@utah.edu for more details regarding this course. At-home equipment will be needed.
