Focusing on a variety of easy-to-grow vegetables, we'll cover soil texture, soil amendments, composting, cool and warm season crops, planting dates, and ways to grow vegetables all year long. You'll also learn about common garden insects and diseases.

Spring 2025 Section 1, Starting on: 04/02/2025

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Saturday's class on April 26 is a field trip to the instructor's garden. Special fee is for printed material.
