Michelle Cook loves greenhouse growing and has grown many plants for Red Butte Gardens indoor and outdoor displays and plant sales. Everything from tropical plants to vegetables. A Utah State University graduate and Horticulturist, Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. She teaches on a variety of gardening subjects through community and professional organizations. Backpacking is her ultimate get away.
