Wine educator Francis Fecteau is the owner/operator of Libation and the creator of "Green Camp,†a semi-annual event for Utah restaurateurs that teaches the green connections between great farming and great wine. In the wine business since 1996, Francis has attended grower/producer seminars focusing on farming and winemaking in Spain, Italy, and France. Since Libations’ inception in 2005, he can be found working harvest each fall.
