Kathleen Carricaburu received a master's in metal smithing/jewelry from New Mexico State University in December 2010, where she studied with Julia Barello; her undergraduate degrees are in painting and graphic design from the U. She has exhibited her metal work and painting at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Salt Lake Art Center, Finch Lane Gallery, and Las Cruces Museum of Fine Arts in New Mexico. The Sundance gallery at Sundance currently carries her fine-art jewelry. In spring 2011 her work, "Daphne and Apollo," was reproduced in "500 Silver Jewelry Designs," published by Lark Books. Kathleen participated in the 2011 Park City Arts Festival; her work can be viewed at
