ANDREW CARRUTHERS

Lunatic Fringe Salon partner Andrew Carruthers was introduced to life coaching as a client at Salt Lake City’s Soul Salt. After several months of coaching, he found himself interested in being on “the other side of this”; he found coaching skills very natural, as he often finds himself listening to and coaching his salon guests. While employed by Paul Mitchell Schools and Paul Mitchell Advanced Education, he was responsible for coaching staff at schools throughout the US. He attended numerous trainings that focused on coaching skills, and became one of the main educators teaching these skills to others. Now at Lunatic Fringe Salon, Andrew has developed a Technical Coaching program for staff from all four Utah locations, and considers this an important part of his management technique. He continues to develop his coaching skills through Ultimate Coach University.
