BRIANA BLAMIRES

Briana Blamires has a Master's Degree in Cultural Anthropology with a focus on religion and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Utah. She has long been interested in the anthropology of food, especially the meaning we place on food and food rituals, from an affirmation of ethnicity to an expression of religiosity. She has taught at the U and at Utah Valley University. She currently works at Red Butte Garden.
