I am the owner of Mountain Town Olive Oil Co, specializing in gourmet extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I first opened my shop in 2009 on Main Street in historic Park City, UT, and have since expanded to include a second location in Salt Lake City at the Gateway mall. In the course of running my business, I have learned a lot about olive oils, reading articles and books, study results and more. I am very interested in healthy eating and living, and try to find ways to incorporate olive oils into many recipes.
