LYNN BOHS

Lynn Bohs is a botanist in the Biology Department at the University of Utah and has spent most of her life studying plants. She teaches two undergraduate field courses where hundreds of students have learned to identify plants in a short time. She is interested in pretty much all of the natural world: plants, birds, herps, insects, geology, and underwater life. Her research mainly takes place in Central and South America and concentrates on evolutionary relationships in the nightshade family (Solanaceae) that includes potatoes, tomatoes, and chili peppers.
