THY DOAN

Thy Doan received her BFA in Art & Design (with a Graphic Design concentration) from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in the summer of 2007. She had her start in Salt Lake City as a Junior Designer at a small boutique design studio. Her love and passion for letters and handlettering started as a child and grew during her undergrad. But this love was renewed during her position as an in-store Graphic Artist for Whole Foods Market in Sugar House, where she created signs and menus for two and a half years. She has more than six years of experience designing and branding and is currently a designer at Infinite Scale (www.infinitescale.com). Thy also tries to explore and hone her craft in many other mediums like the occasional gig poster for The State Room, SLC Bites event designs and chalkboards, Craft Lake City, SLUG Magazine and her own personal projects. She will be participating in this year's 5th Annual Craft Lake City as an artist, exhibiting her work and selling her wares.
