PURNIMA GANDHI

Purnima Gandhi earned B.A. and LL.B degrees from Bombay University in India and has worked as a computer programmer for 30 years. Since retiring in 2006, she has pursued her interest in cooking and has taught cooking classes through Red Butte Garden, Lifelong Learning, and the Salt Lake Culinary Center, and has published a cookbook, Gharki Rasoi: Indian Home Cooking Made Simple.
